Click the "Contact" button on a listing to open a secure chat thread. You can exchange questions, schedule tours, and share documents without exposing your phone number unless you choose to. Every conversation stays archived in your inbox.
Our trust & safety team reviews every ad and automated tools flag suspicious activity, but you should always visit a property in person, keep conversations inside Pendelea, and never send money outside the platform until a lease is signed.
No! Searching for and browsing properties on Pendelea is completely free. You only pay rent and deposits to the landlord after you've agreed on terms and signed a lease.
For Landlords
Create a free account, open your dashboard, and click "Post a Property." Add location, rent, photos, amenities, and your viewing preferences. Every submission is reviewed by our moderation team before going live.
Basic listings are free. Upgrade anytime for premium placement, auto-renew, lead boosting, or dedicated support. Pricing is displayed in the dashboard before you publish or upgrade an ad.
Yes. Go to "My Listings," open a property, and update the details. Edits trigger a quick review to keep information accurate, and your chat history stays intact.
All inquiries arrive in your dashboard inbox. You'll receive email alerts and can reply directly in chat, share documents, or escalate a report to support without leaving the conversation.
