For Renters
Use the search bar on the homepage or the Rentals listing page. Filter by location, property type, rent range, number of bedrooms, and more. Results update automatically as you adjust filters.
Open any listing and use the contact form or in-app chat button. You'll need a free Pendelea account to send messages. If a landlord has enabled phone enquiries, their number will be displayed on the listing.
Our team reviews every listing and automated tools flag suspicious activity. However, you should always visit a property in person before making any payment, keep communications inside Pendelea, and never send money outside the platform before signing a lease.
Yes. Searching, browsing, and contacting landlords is completely free for renters. You only pay rent and deposits directly to the landlord after agreeing on terms and signing a lease.
The Rental Exchange lets you post a Wanted Rental: a structured description of what you're looking for (location, rent budget, bedrooms, etc.). Landlords on Pendelea can then discover your request and reach out proactively, instead of you having to chase every listing. You'll also receive email digests when strong matches are found.
For Landlords
Create a free account, go to My Rental Ads, and click "New Ad." You'll set the location, rent, photos, amenities, and viewing preferences. Every submission is reviewed before going live.
Basic listings are free. Premium plans offer additional placement, auto-renew, and lead-boosting features. Pricing is shown in the Rental Manager before you upgrade.
Yes. Go to My Rental Ads, select the listing, and update any details. Significant changes may trigger a quick re-review. Your enquiry history will remain intact.
Listings are active for 90 days by default. You'll receive an email reminder before expiry so you can renew with one click. Expired ads can be re-activated from the dashboard.
The Rental Exchange automatically matches your properties against active tenants seeking rentals. Matching tenants appear in your Tenant Leads dashboard with a compatibility score. You can contact them directly through the platform or by email, without waiting for them to find your listing.
All enquiries arrive in your Rental Manager inbox. You'll receive email notifications for new messages and can reply in-app, or share documents, all without leaving the conversation.
Rental Exchange
The Rental Exchange is a two-way matching system. Tenants post what they're looking for; landlords post their available properties. Our engine runs daily to compute compatibility scores between them so both sides get proactive introductions with no waiting and no cold searching.
No, you don't need an account. You can post a Wanted Rental as a guest using only an email address. You'll receive match digest emails, and if a landlord contacts you, a link in the email lets you claim your request and continue the conversation in-app.
Wanted Rentals are active for 60 days by default. You'll receive an email asking if you're still searching before expiry. If you've found a place, you can close it early; otherwise, renewing is one click.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your data with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
If you spot a suspicious or fraudulent listing, email us at [email protected] with the listing link and a description of the issue. We investigate all reports promptly and remove content that violates our policies.
Yes. Pendelea is fully responsive and works on any smartphone or tablet browser.
